Optimizing Nutrient Removal at POTWs

EPA Region 8 is pleased to offer optimization training provided by Grant Weaver, the Water Planet Company.

 

Purpose: Provide training on optimizing mechanical wastewater treatment plants for nutrient reductions.

 

Course Description: The first day will focus on the technical details of optimization and what’s involved including review of the biological processes. The second day will be more interactive with participants describing how their plants function and getting feedback on how they may improve plant performance.
