CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY:
The Water Environment Association of Utah
will provide two Grants to environmental engineering or science students. One is to be given to an undergraduate student and the other to a graduate student. For purposes of clarifying eligibility requirements, a graduate student is defined here, as someone who has or is about to complete his or her undergraduate course of study. An undergraduate student is one who is at least one semester away from completion. A qualified candidate may apply as often as desired but can only receive one grant.
Each candidate is to complete an essay the subject of which will be one of the areas discussed. A committee appointed by the WEAU Board will judge the essays. The essays
must be received by September 17, 2008. Winners will receive their scholarship funds at the WEAU Mid-year Conference November 20, 2008.
Completed essays shall be submitted to the following address before September 17, 2008:
